RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
T-Shirts & Hats:
Each item is custom-printed when you order through our printing partner. We can only accept returns for manufacturer defects, printing errors, or damaged items.
What we cover:
- Misprints or printing defects

Damaged items received
- Wrong item sent
Submit claims within 30 days of delivery to jocelyn@jocelynfortier.com with photos.
What we cannot accept:
- Returns for sizing, fit, or color preference
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Items that have been worn or washed
Size Charts: Each tshirt has a size chart. Please review carefully before ordering.
Candles & Room Sprays:
If you wish to exchange or return your candle, please contact us first. Candle packaging and wax must be returned in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged item during shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos.

To complete your candle return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item(s) to Pour l'air, you are responsible for the shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Pour l'air. Ship to:

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pourlair.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking fees may be applied.
